Gabriele Corcos' Pappa al Pomodoro Recipe
This recipe was featured on our live event with Atlas Obscura for the Food Bank for NYC, where our friend Gabriele Corcos of Extra Virgin on the Cooking Channel swung by to make us his delicious and super easy Pappa al Pomodoro, a Tuscan summer tomato soup.
