How was cooking from rare, funky Italian cookbooks?

So, a lot of people ask us point blank … “was it any good?” which we think is kinda funny because if you watch the film you’ll see our eyes roll back in our head no less then 12 times. So yes, it was delicious, but just to remind everyone, we are not chefs. We are a mechanic and a filmmaker, and while we love to cook, we screw up all the time. That, frankly, is part of the fun, and really what wine is for.

So, here is a little piece of film that we didn’t include in the original thats a sort of “behind the scenes” where we are all at the table asking the hard question: was it any good. The answers are candid, and kinda funny, if not all together surprising.


No one was hurt during the filming of this interview. Perhaps just some mild indigestion from overeating;)
